摘要: We hypothesised that the genetic effect of single nucleotide polymorphisms in TACR1 gene, which encodes NK1 receptors, could influence sex difference postoperative nausea and vomiting. Thirty-two selected were genotyped by Sanger sequencing method 200 patients who underwent lower abdominal surgery. The incidence severity vomiting evaluated after rs3755468-SNP showed significant association with (p = 0.016). TT haplotype defined two polymorphisms, including rs3755468-SNP, was associated reduced female (p = 0.03). is located within predicted oestrogen response element a DNase I hypersensitive site. gene are differences may help to elucidate mechanisms underlying these differences.
