Effect of Dendrobium officinale Extraction on Gastric Carcinogenesis in Rats.

摘要: Dendrobium officinale (Tie Pi Shi Hu in Chinese) has been widely used to treat different diseases China. Anticancer effect is one of the important effects officinale. However, molecular mechanism its anticancer remains unclear. In present study, gastric carcinogenesis rats was evaluate on cancer, and pharmacological explored. extracts (4.8 2.4 g/kg) were orally administered model. Compared with cancer model group, high dose significantly inhibited rate carcinogenesis. Further analysis revealed that could regulate DNA damage, oxidative stress, cytokines related induce cell apoptosis order prevent cancer.
