摘要: OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemopreventive effect and mechanisms of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) folic acid on N-methyl-N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG)-induced gastrointestinal cancer in rats, to compare combinatorial effects EGCG chemoprevention carcinogenesis. METHODS: A total 159 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups have MNNG drink (group M), feed ME), MF), EGCG + folic MEF), E), F) or normal C), respectively. At 44 weeks, all killed assessed for presence tumor. The occurrence was evaluated by histology. Ki-67 cancerous tissues situ apoptosis determined immunohistochemical staining terminal deoxyribonucleotide transferase-mediated nick-end labeling (TUNEL) assay, respectively. RESULTS: experiment completed 157 (98.74%). As compared with group M, tumor incidence MEF decreased significantly (P = 0.011). expression ME also (P = 0.038, P = 0.009), while ME, MF increased (P = 0.000, P = 0.003, P = 0.000). CONCLUSION: combined has an obvious carcinogenesis induced rats.
