摘要: Aus den gut zuganglichen p-Toluolsulfonamiden 1 sind die labilen freien Azakronenether 3—8 durch jeweils individuelle Hydrolyse mit starker Schwefelsaure praparativ erhaltlich. Die beschriebenen Beispiele geben Richtlinien fur Synthese weiterer Makroheterocyclen auch anderen Heteroatomkombinationen und Ringgrosen. Ligand Strukture and Complexation, XI. – Synthesis of New Aza Crown Ethers Via Acid Hydrolysis Toluenesulfonamides The synthesis labile free aza crown ethers via individual acid hydrolysis the corresponding p-toluenesulfonamides is described. The examples given permit selection best reaction conditions for other macroheterocycles various ring sizes with different combinations heteroatoms.
