摘要: This study proposes a cellular automata-based Industrial and Residential Land Use Competition Model to simulate the dynamic spatial transformation of industrial land use in Shanghai, China. In proposed model, development activities city are delineated as competitions among different land-use types. The Hedonic Pricing is adopted implement competition framework. To improve simulation results, Price Agglomeration was devised adjust classic price theory. A new evolutionary algorithm-based parameter estimation method place traditional methods. Simulation results show that model closely resembles actual patterns can not only development, but also redevelopment processes metropolitan areas.
