ICT in teacher education: Examining needs, expectations and attitudes

摘要: An exploratory case study was designed to obtain pre-service teachers’ expectations of and attitudes toward the learning integrating Information Communication Technologies (ICT) into their teaching learning. Given diverse demographic backgrounds social conditions teacher candidates, such as age, gender, English language proficiency, previous education, a wide range responses online survey semi-structured focus group interview questions expected. Implementation sequential mixed method research design resulted in emerging themes related participants’ that impact perceptions regarding ICT beliefs about use future careers. Findings from this are compared earlier studies done same setting. show unexpected consistency candidates’ comments despite changed circumstances. This could be employed useful reference for an curriculum Teacher Education programs. Resume : Une etude de cas exploratoire ete concue afin connaitre les attentes et dispositions des futurs enseignants l’egard l’apprentissage l’integration technologies l’information la communication (TIC) dans leur pratique d’enseignement apprentissage. L’obtention d’un large eventail reponses l’enquete en ligne aux semi-structurees du groupe discussion etait prevue compte tenu diversite horizons demographiques sociales candidats (notamment l’âge, le sexe, niveau connaissance l’anglais formation anterieure). L’utilisation methode recherche sequentielle mixte conduit l’emergence lies participants, qui influencent leurs TIC ainsi que opinions au sujet l’utilisation carriere. Les resultats cette sont compares etudes anterieures effectuees un cadre similaire. revelent une coherence inattendue commentaires malgre differences circonstancielles. Cette pourrait etre utilisee tant qu’outil utile pour conception cours sur l’interieur programmes enseignants.
