摘要: The aim of this study was to assess the effects bark stripping caused by sika deer (Cervus nippon [Temminck]) on production and structure young Norway spruce (Picea abies L. Karst) forest stands (41–43 years). Production parameters, structure, diversity, dynamics radial growth in selected relation climatic conditions were evaluated. Similar other stand volumes showed lower values research plots heavily damaged (290 m3 ha−1) compared with tree stem damages (441 ha−1). A significant decrease volume recorded for trees circumference damage higher than 1/3 circumference. In most cases, between ages 10–23 years, specifically significantly lowered period. diameter increment dropped 64% healthy counterparts Bark reached up 93% a mean 31%. Stem rot found 62% trees. our area, respect terms conditions, precipitation had effect temperature. main limiting factor lack within growing season, particularly June current year.
