摘要: A paratesticular tumour by light microscopy showed large amounts of partly hyalinized collagenous stroma, spindle shaped fibroblast-like cells, pleomorphic cells with foamy cytoplasm, multinucleated type giant and lipid inclusions. By microscopy, there was a problem as to whether the should be classified liposarcomas or fibrous histiocytic group. Ultrastructurally, resembled fibroblasts and, in few intracellular collagen fibres were seen. Histochemical studies revealed presence mannose-rich glycoprotein which is characteristic for producing but frequently these also numerous The cytoplasmic areas shown consist dilated ergastoplasmic sacs vacuoles lined smooth endoplasmic reticulum negating possibility that origin. This supported further dearth lysosomes absence lysozyme (muramidase) cells. inclusions many are otherwise ultrastructurally similar fibroblasts, suggests represent precursors lipoblasts. above findings taken together allowed categorized sclerosing liposarcoma.
