摘要: Morphologic and biochemical analyses were performed to compare normal skin mature scars hypertrophic scar keloid. Correlation of morphologic findings with profiles the samples proved feasible enlightening. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used characterize architectural arrangement collagen fibers in scars. Cultured fibroblasts from each specimen also examined SEM.
