摘要: A strategic bulk infrastructure potential cost model has been developed as a decision support tool for planners and development decision-makers to ensure the proactive incorporation of considerations in early land suitability assessment phase integrated planning process, enhance integration use planning. Not only does inform stages process prior any proposals being made, but can also be adapted applied plan evaluation stage, at level situations where time, technical capacity, optimisation models andfunds are limited or even lacking. Bulk engineering services relating water, sanitation electricity have included model. Potential costs calculated on basis capacity existing system include additional factors such geotechnical, environmental conditions further accuracy. The output is form contours which facilitates relative comparison different density scenarios.
