摘要: A study on malaria transmission, prevalence of infection and anti-sporozoite antibodies was carried out in Burkina Faso (West Africa). The the levels to (NANP)3 were found be related entomological sporozoite inoculation rates measured at same time a defined area. major inducer anti-(NANP)3 antibody production under field conditions is by infected mosquitoes. Levels vary considerably with age transmission season. High raised might offer protection against small inocula sporozoites.
