摘要: A series of nanocomposite hydrogel drug delivery systems on the basis polyvinyl alcohol and organically modified montmorillonite nanoclay loaded with gentamicin sulphate were prepared via cyclic freezing-thawing method. The release kinetics mechanism determined in vitro. results showed incorporating into matrix reduces amount released from system prolongs duration. revealed hydrogels is more prolonged slower rate compared to pure hydrogel. also indicated for all Fickian diffusion which means controlling step process.
