摘要: Object. Coexpression of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)—BB and activated PDGF-β receptor in meningioma cells indicates that this cytokine may act as an autocrine or paracrine stimulant growth. The intracellular events transducing signals from tyrosine kinases are unknown. In study the authors evaluated whether not mitogen-activated protein (MAPKs) expressed meningiomas, regulate their growth, transduce mitogenic PDGF-BB. Methods.
