摘要: Abstract Germplasm is a source of genetic variability available for plant breeding. These techniques have become accessible and necessary to protect biological diversity. The collections are groups representative genotypes with the species that object conservation. Four samples pinhao , obtained from Parana pine seeds, were supplied by EMBRAPA Florestas (germplasm bank). Starch was carefully extracted in aqueous solution, whose yield around 32.5%. For each sample gelatinisation temperature ( T p ) occurred below 63.6 °C enthalpy (Δ H gel different sample. TG–DTA curves showed similarity, although mass losses peaks at temperatures. pasting RVA directly proportional onset peak temperatures DSC. XRD technique allowed degree relative crystallinity be calculated From results it can verified had specific characteristics.
