摘要: The accessory cell requirements of human neonatal T lymphocytes were compared with those adult in lectin-induced polyclonal activation. It was found that purified Esh rosette positive not activated into a proliferative response by the lectin phytohaemagglutinin (PHA), phorbol ester (TPA) or conditioned medium containing growth factor activity (TCGF-CM).
