摘要: Purpose: Higher body mass index is linked to lower prostate specific antigen. This has given rise concerns that antigen may be less reliable for predicting cancer among obese men. We tested the accuracy of prebiopsy across categories.Materials and Methods: used REDUCE study, which dutasteride risk reduction in men with a 2.5 to 10.0 ng/ml negative pre-study biopsy.
