摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes recent progress in the fluctuation analysis of Na and K channels excitable membranes, a short introduction to principles, general properties two-state current fluctuations. The membranes is restricted an investigation fluctuations produced by random opening closing individual channels. yields results on conductance single channel, its gating properties, actions external blocking particles, mechanism channel modification. In ionic channels, it commonly assumed that kinetics are so fast each produces essentially rectangular trace. Multichannel-fluctuation single-channel recordings complementary methods, their combined use will undoubtedly reveal further details about ionic-membrane future.
