摘要: Fibrinolytic split product (FSP) levels were correlated with renal biopsy results in 25 adults lupus glomerulonephritis and 23 other diseases. The FSP elevated 42 of the 48 patients. Other coagulation studies showed increased plasma fibrinogen 29 33 patients, positive ethanol gelation reactions, prolonged prothrombin, thrombin, or clot times. All platelet counts normal slightly elevated. In glomerular capillaries nephritis best fibrinoid presence, and, to a lesser degree, fibrin. There no relationships between lesions patients Although there was reliable clinical pathologic evidence for intravascular these disease pathogenetic role destructive progressive man remains unknown.
