摘要: Eosinophilic fasciitis (EF) is a rare sclerodermiform syndrome of unknown etiology that causes thickening the muscle fascia and subcutaneous tissue, accompanied by variable infiltration eosinophils. It begins acutely with symmetrical edema painful induration extremities rapid progression to fibrosis flexion contractures. History strenuous exercise or trauma recognized in most patients. associated peripheral eosinophilia, polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate. High doses glucocorticoids (GC) are first-line treatment. We report one case EF acute-phase 2 cases chronic phase, clinical laboratory findings characteristic each stage. The diagnosis was confirmed deep biopsy all were treated high-dose GC. first patient had initial favorable response. In second third D-penicillamine methotrexate given respectively, good (Dermatol.
