摘要: Gastrulation in mice is associated with the start of extreme proliferation and differentiation. The potential cost to embryo a very rapid rate high production damaged cells. We demonstrate novel surveillance mechanism for elimination cells by ionizing radiation during mouse gastrulation. During this restricted developmental window, becomes hypersensitive DNA damage induced low dose irradiation (<0.5 Gy) undergoes apoptosis without cell cycle arrest. Intriguingly, embryonic cells, including germ progenitors, but not extraembryonic become genotoxic stress undergo Atm- p53-dependent apoptosis. Thus, hypersensitivity early fate-dependent ensure genomic integrity period
