摘要: Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity mediated by K cells against chicken erythrocytes was measured in 113 patients with malignant lymphoreticular disorders and compared 230 controls. The results were expressed as the specific of a fixed number also cytotoxic capacity, which measures cytolytic units 1 ml blood. values for capacity normal group untreated non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, multiple myeloma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia most Hodgkin's disease acute lymphoblastic leukemia. However, decreased observed these same lymphoid patients, may be due to dilution effector cells. effect chemotherapy reducing K-cell activity is more evident myeloma, followed disease, finally lymphomas. No case neoplastic this series.
