摘要: The nm23 gene/protein is a putative metastatic suppressor identified decade ago in melanoma cell line. A number of laboratory, clinical and pathological studies have been carried out to define its real biological biochemical function as step complex process. In our study we examined the significance expression 164 breast cancer patients, aged 35 74 years, comparison other parameters such age, menopausal status, histological grade, tumor size, lymph node hormone receptor status. Overall survival (OS) disease-free (DFS) were analyzed. median follow-up was 84 months. Significant changes OS found for nodal involvement grade but there no convincing correlation with expression. When patients stratified according expression, it shown that overall nm23-positive longer than negative patients. It also who older 50 years had nm23-negative statistical analysis shows between axillary status (p = 0.018) well patients' ages 0.043). There statistically significant their combination on DFS.
