摘要: Normal cardiac function is maintained through dynamic interactions of cells with each other and the extracellular matrix. These are important for remodeling during growth pathophysiological conditions. However, precise mechanisms these remain unclear. In this study we examined importance desmoplakin (DSP) in cell-cell interactions. Cell-cell communication heart requires formation preservation cell contacts by adhesion junctions called desmosome-like structures. A major protein component complex DSP, which plays a role linking cytoskeletal network to plasma membrane. Our laboratory previously generated polyclonal antibody (1611) against detergent soluble fraction fibroblast attempting define proteins 1611 recognizes, performed two-dimensional electrophoresis identified DSP as one recognized 1611. Immunoprecipitation studies demonstrated that was able directly pulldown DSP. We also demonstrate anti-DSP antibodies co-localize whole sections. Finally, using three-dimensional vitro interaction assay, can inhibit data indicate an affects variety cellular functions, including cytokine secretion.
