摘要: In the heart, electrical, mechanical, and chemical signals create an environment essential for normal cellular responses to developmental pathologic cues. Communication between fibroblasts, myocytes, endothelial cells, as well extracellular matrix, are critical fluctuations in heart composition function during development pathology. Recent evidence suggests that cytokines play a role cell–cell signaling heart. Indeed, we find interactions myocytes cardiac fibroblasts results increased interleukin-6 tumor necrosis factor-α secretion. We also used confocal transmission electron microscopy observe close relationships possible direct communication these cells vivo. Our highlight importance of indicate capillary endothelium differential cytokine expression. Studying has many implications process remodeling overall cardiopathology.
