摘要: Mesenteric bleeding time, mesenteric vascular reactivity, platelet and erythrocyte lipid fatty acid composition were measured at 2-3 weeks, 5-6 weeks 11-22 in normotensive Wistar rats, fed on high (6.5% energy) or moderate (1.6% intakes of eicosapentaenoic (20:5n-3; EPA) as fish oil, compared with controls a diet devoid EPA. All diets contained the same level linoleic (4% energy): moderate- high-EPA also 1.1 4.4% energy docosahexaenoic (22:6n-3) respectively. Moderate, but not high, EPA increased time. Similar reductions arachidonic (20:4n-6) occurred animals either low amounts EPA, proportion dose-dependently. At oleic platelets erythrocytes was decreased. Blood pressure counts, vessel diameter reactivity to vasopressin unaffected by treatment. High oil led slight fall packed cell volume. In second experiment time noradrenaline 2-4 after receiving intake these effects persisted 5-21 d switching control diet. A similar increase observed given indomethacin (6 mg/kg) those aspirin (20 mg/kg).
