摘要: To determine the prevalence, intensity and extent of Oral Impacts on Daily Performances associated with self-perceived malocclusion among Peruvian schoolchildren. Eight hundred five children aged 11 to 12 years attending 4 7 randomly selected schools linked a Health Centre in Lima, Peru, participated study. The Spanish (Peru)Child-OIDP was used assess oral impacts 8 daily performances (eating, speaking, teeth cleaning, sleeping, smiling, studying, emotion social contact). Self-perceived included complaints about position teeth, spacing deformity mouth or face. prevalence compared by covariables using Chi-square test, whereas were through Mann-Whitney test. Only 15.5% reported during last 3 months. Of them, 18.4% severe very 76.0% only one performance.
