摘要: Nasal cysts representing cystic extension of the nasolacrimal duct are a rare cause nasal obstruction and respiratory distress in neonates. A medial canthal mass, epiphora, dacryocystitis or preseptal/orbital cellulitis usual presenting symptoms; however, this case shows that patients may present with eye findings so minimal as to be overlooked.
