摘要: Abstract Hyalomma anatolicum ticks infected with Theileria annulata were partially fed on rabbits and then ground up tissue culture medium. The treated by centrifugation at 100 g , filtration through membranes of 8 μm pore diameter a discontinuous density gradient Percoll. Counts sporozoites tick debris made from Giemsa stained slides samples each stage the separation. Debris was removed during light greater rate than sporozoites. After approximately 41% original remained in suspension. most found distinct zone, approx. 1·08 g/cm 3 density, separate dense soluble contaminants. this final 24% recovered
