摘要: The complexity and non-linearity of the morphogenetic system which is responsible for shaping Earth’s surface have been widely recognised by many authors who documented fractal nature erosion. In this paper, two peculiar kinds landforms are compared to point out ordered structures, i.e. triangular facets that arise in different geomorphic systems, due principle morphologic convergence. Occurrence has mountainous areas relation base level changes hydrographical network evolution; similarly shaped present even recent tectonic uplift along faults. spatial distribution investigated river basins located Liguria (northern Italy) a area Oman. results analysis document features facets.
