摘要: Abstract Changes in the activities and isoenzyme distribution of hexokinase were determined a number tissues during development guinea pig. The total activity fetal liver showed large fall second half gestation to reach adult values by term. With normal diet fetal, neonatal, livers had isoenzymes I III but little or no detectable IV (glucokinase). predominantly type I, proportion increased development. kinetics pig similar those reported for rat.
