摘要: Abstract : These revised recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) measles, mumps, and rubella prevention supersede published in 1989 1990. This statement summarizes goals current strategies for rubella, congenital syndrome (CRS) elimination mumps reduction United States. Changes from previous include: Emphasis use combined MMR vaccine most indications; A change recommended age routine vaccination to 12-15 months first dose 46 years second MMR; recommendation that all states take immediate steps implement a two requirement school entry any additional measures needed ensure school-aged children are vaccinated with doses by 2001; clarification role serologic screening determine immunity; criteria determining acceptable evidence persons who work health-care facilities have measles interval between administration immunological vaccination; Updated information adverse events contraindications, particularly severe HIV infection, history egg allergy or gelatin thrombocytopenia, receiving steroid therapy
