摘要: This study aimed at investigating the extent of accumulation selenium in hepatopancreas crayfish Procambarus clarkii and its effects on enzymatic activities catalase, glutathione peroxidase, reductase. Crayfish were fed for 15 days either a diet enriched Se, ED (1.21 mg kg−1) or standard diet, SD (0.30 mg kg−1). Results showed that Se is higher sample subject to rather than SD. A sexual difference was found response analyzed enzymes only. Catalase activity peroxidase decreased females males, respectively, whereas reductase significant reductions both sexes. These preliminary data might provide information about prooxidant P. when diet.
