摘要: Abstract Milk is a complex sample containing high contents of organic compounds and its analysis generally involves digestion procedures that can be affected by losses contamination. In the work here described it was developed procedure for determination Fe Se in bovine milk. Samples were diluted using mixture water-soluble tertiary amines (10% v/v CFA-C). The had favorable effect on action autosampler consequently repeatability. Using this strategy direct milk without any graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry feasible. Pyrolytic tubes used all measurements based peak area transient signals with background signal correction Zeeman effect. Palladium as chemical modifier Se. pyrolysis atomization temperatures 1300 2300 °C 1500 2400 °C Se, respectively. applied 13 samples from different sources. quantification standard additions method. lifetime tube 300 250 heating cycles
