摘要: Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is a common problem during early gestation. The aim of our study was to investigate the association IL-17 F( rs763780), A (rs2275913), and leptin (2548 G/A) gene polymorphisms with RPL in obese lean Egyptian females, find out whether these affect women’s serum levels. One hundred twenty patients 120 fertile volunteers no history were genotyped for G/A), F (rs763780) by RFLP. level measured ELISA, while HPLC. We found that polymorphism associated decreased risk we also (rs2275913) LEP SNP an increased RPL. demonstrated both levels elevated women subgroup within comparison one.
