摘要: Adenosine deaminase (ADA) plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of normal immune system. So, any immunological imbalances could associate with its altered activity serum. This study evaluated total ADA isoenzymes serum 45 patients systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Included were 23 active SLE, 22 during inactive phase disease, healthy subjects. Our results provided evidence that significantly elevated SLE is correlated mainly increased ADA2 level. The highest mean relapse disease be an indication to macrophages, main source ADA2. It might concluded analysis used as useful non-invasive diagnostic tool evaluation severity.
