摘要: The early changes in the microvascular bed of testis resulting from treatment with cadmium were studied ti-ypan blue, electron dense tracers and by vascular injections. Leakage fluids electrolytes testicular blood vessels to interstitium was demonstrated at light microscope levels as 1-2 h following parenteral injection cadmium. After h, discontinuities endothelial lining could be detected presence carbon particles walls capillaries venules. By 3 extravasation had increased, such that seen labeling large veins. Within vessels, a local increase concentration erythrocytes noted numerous platelets adhering exposed subendothelial structures plugging gaps. At 4 striking decrease veins due fact delivery tracer towards venous system is almost entirely obstructed result blockage progressive deterioration smaller vessels; ischemia ensued obstruction circulation. These results indicate degeneration seminiferous epithelium all biochemical physiological known occur later time intervals are secondary rather than direct effect
