摘要: Isolated rat testes perfused in closed circuit with albuminated Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate buffer were examined by light and electron microscopic techniques order to assess the structural integrity of model. The extent intercellular vacuolization was similar that control had been prepared for microscopy routine methods perfusion fixation. isolated exhibit excellent preservation at microscope level. results indicate is an perfusate vitro studies testis. This model testis can be used study early pathology effects toxic compounds on anatomy male gonad.
