摘要: Angiogenesis is acknowledged as an essential mechanism for tumor spreading and metastasis of neoplastic diseases. Consequently, anti-angiogenic therapy has been proposed a complementary or perhaps alternative strategy to the traditional cytotoxic therapies. This work considers model ordinary difierential equations that describe dynamics tumors at vascular stage (after angiogenic process triggered), under action chemical Due increase endothelial cells stage, cancer state prevails over internal in no treatment situation. Results from local stability analysis numerical integration, indicate combination chemotherapy best eliminate tumor, reducing efiect. At flxed infusion rate, cure may be reached when combined considered but not only. On other hand, pure efiectively destroys only higher doses are applied.
