摘要: PurposeLimited data exist on intensifying chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) outside setting a clinical trial.Materials and MethodsRetrospectively, from 507 consecutive adults (age ≥ 15 years) with diagnosis ALL treated at our center were analyzed. Standard-risk (SR) patients offered modified German Multicenter (GMALL) regimen, whereas high-risk (HR) intensification therapy hyperfractionated cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, dexamethasone (HCVAD). Because resource constraints, proportion HR opted to receive same regimen as used for SR patients.ResultsThere 344 (67.8%) 163 (32.2%) diagnosis. Among patients, 53 (32.5%) HCVAD regimen.
