摘要: Background Lung cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed clinical diseases. IL-6 a multifunctional cytokine that related to chemotactic factors and tumor biological regulation. −174G/C polymorphism in promoter region gene single-nucleotide −174 position change from G C. However, relationship between prognosis lung elusive. Therefore, aim this study was evaluate effect on patients with non-small-cell (NSCLC).
