摘要: Whereas intact antibody to rat kidney (7 S ) produced immediate and sustained proteinuria in rats, univalent fragments (papain digests) of the did not, divalent (pepsin only transitory proteinuria. The differed from fixing little, if any, complement vivo which may explain why they not cause serious renal damage.
