Effect of Measles Immunization on Tuberculin Hypersensitivity and in vitro Lymphocyte Reactivity

摘要: Tuberculin skin test reactivity, blood lymphocyte levels, antituberculoprotein antibody levels and in vitro proliferative responses of lymphocytes cultured with tuberculin were compared subjects receiving measles vaccine or placebo. Five 10 individuals showed significant depression reactivity; 4 these 5 concomitant decrease degrees tuberculin-induced proliferation. There no changes following placebo administration to 3 individuals.
