摘要: The affinity of estradiol (E2) for eosinophils in the rat and mouse uteri during estrous cycle was studied by light electron microscope autoradiography (ARG) . In vivo ARG, which prefixed were incubated at each stage with 3H-E2 or its ligand 3H-moxestrol, developed silver grains localized on specific granules eosinophils. At late estrus phase, frequently phagocytized macrophage-like interstitial cells, whose phagosome included eosinophilic various degeneration covered grains, also showed positive reaction acid phosphatase activity Grain accumulation inhibited when tissue 3 H-E2 a 100-fold excess nonradioactive E2. When fresh frozen thin sections 3H-E2, we succeeded demonstrating binding ef E2 to spleen, small intestine, blood bone marrow. However, ARG using thaw-mounte technique, only uterine grain other tissues did not bind 3H-E2. Local eosinophilia observed uterus ovariectomized rats one hr after injection into wall. These results suggest that all may have strong E2, they are directly induced estrogen. Specific eosinophils, contain peroxidase enzymatic activity, seem destroy amount estrus, then cell.
