摘要: In vitro uptake and binding of tritiated estradiol to the specific granules eosinophil granulocytes has been observed by ultrastructural radioautography in various tissues rat (liver spleen newborn, small intestine bone marrow adult animals). Binding 3H-estradiol present cytoplasm neutrophil also a cholangioma produced chemical carcinogenesis. Neither type granulocyte bound 3H-testosterone.
