摘要: Challenges in organ transplantation such as high demand and biocompatibility issues have led scientists the field of tissue engineering regenerative medicine to work on use scaffolds an alternative transplantation. Among different types scaffolds, polymeric hydrogel received considerable attention because their structural similarity native tissues. However, several limitations, weak mechanical property a lack bioactive property. On other hand, noble metal particles, particularly gold (Au) silver (Ag) nanoparticles (NPs), can be incorporated into matrix form NP–hydrogel composite with enhanced physical biological properties. This review aims highlight potential these hybrid materials applications. Additionally, main approaches that been used for synthesis composites possible limitations challenges associated application are discussed.
