摘要: Immunotherapy, consisting of lymphocyte depletion or plasmapheresis in combination with cyclophosphamide and prednisone, was employed three patients refractory pure red cell aplasia six aplastic anemia various etiologies. All responded to plasmapheresis. One patient atypical showed partial recovery following depletion; the other five no evidence a clinical response.
