摘要: We aimed to investigate the effect of morin hydrate on neural stem cells (NSCs) isolated from mouse inner ear and its potential in protecting neuronal hearing loss. 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) bromodeoxyuridine incorporation assays were employed assess viability proliferation vitro NSC culture. The NSCs then differentiated into neurons, which neurosphere formation differentiation evaluated, followed by neurite outgrowth excitability measurements subsequent network. Mechanotransduction cochlea ex vivo culture auditory brainstem responses threshold distortion product optoacoustic emissions amplitude ototoxicity model also measured following gentamicin treatment protective role against Morin improved proliferation, NSCs, promoted network functions. In both models, prevented gentamicin-induced exhibited potent properties promoting growth functional neurons ototoxicity. Our study supports clinical treating
