摘要: The influence of elaboration parameters during the sol-gel process is studied for tin oxide films deposition. Dip Coating Sol-Gel route can be divided into three stages: pulling phase and drying densification steps. During phase, relative humidity ratio withdrawal speed are found to film morphology thickness respectively. Then, we show how a correct control sample able eliminate cracks. step (temperature duration), leading final network, considered in details, resulting effects on physical properties presented: crytallinity, optical behaviour, atomic density, stoichiometry, electrical conductivity etc... We through these results specificity elaborated with our procedure
