摘要: Thyroid cancer is a common malignancy of endocrine system, and has now become the fastest increasing among all malignancies. The development, progression, invasion, metastasis are closely associated with multiple signaling pathways functions related molecules, such as Src, Janus kinase (JAK)-signal transducers activators transcription (STAT), mitogen-activated protein (MAPK), phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt, NF-κB, thyroid stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR), Wnt-β-catenin Notch pathways. Each could exert its function singly or through network other These cooperate, promote, antagonize, interact each to form complex for regulation. Dysfunction this increase cancer. Inoperable still poor prognosis. However, pathway-related targeted therapies offer hope longer quality meaningful life small group patients. Signaling targets provide unprecedented opportunities further research clinical development novel treatment strategies In present work, advances in these treatments were reviewed.
