摘要: The heart rate variability (HRV) can be taken as an indicator of the coordination cardio-respiratory rhythms. Bispectral analysis using a direct (fast Fourier transform based) and time-invariant approach has shown occurrence quadratic phase coupling (QPC) between low-frequency (LF: 0.1 Hz) high-frequency (HF: 0.4–0.6 component HRV during quiet sleep in healthy neonates. corresponds to Mayer–Traube–Hering waves blood pressure respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA). Time-variant, parametric estimation bispectrum provides possibility quantifying QPC time course. Therefore, aim this work was parametric, time-variant bispectral neonatal same neonates used direct, approach. For first rhythms course HF LF could HRV.
